German obligations owed to Greece: A question that should be responded to: Press Conference with SYRIZA MEP Manolis Glezos and GUE/NGL President, as well as Die Linke MEP Gabi Zimmer at the European Parliament.
According to estimates the amount of money owed to Greece is about 162 billion Euros, before interest. If one adds even a friendly interest rate of about 2% the amount could reach up to 1 trillion Euros.
