The victory of the MAS candidate, Luis Arce, in Bolivia presidential election, is a victory of Democracy and the people`s will against the violence of the previous eleven months. It sends a strong message to those who believed that the dark ages could return to the martyrdom Latin America. We warmly congratulate Luis Arce and MAS, but also Evo Morales, who under difficult circumstances are fighting for Democracy and social Justice.
