"Together we can put an end to debt and austerity problems in Europe" is the title of the conference that will be held by the Party of the European Left (EL) and Transform! Europe, its political foundation, on April 10, 2014 in Brussels.

This initiative has two main goals: to prove that there is a way out of the crisis based on progress not austerity, and to discuss with a diverse group of people from unions, social movements, political parties, as well as with intellectuals and economists, about our economic and social alternatives.

This conference, which takes place few weeks before the European elections (22-25 May 2014), will be a highlight of the campaign for the European Left and its candidate for the Presidency of the European Commission, Alexis Tsipras.
